Explore your fighting spirit in this 90 minute beginner combat group lesson. Specially designed for those with little or no prior experience in combat fighting, participants get to learn the basics of a specific style of fighting in a safe and controlled environment. Participants may attend the beginner session for 1 of 3 deadly fighting styles: Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and mixed martial arts.Brazilian Jiu Jitsu which is mainly fought on the ground focuses on grappling. Using leverage and proper technique, Jiu Jitsu practitioners have the ability to submit and defeat opponents that are much larger in size. In contrast, Muay Thai is a fighting style that involves stand up striking and utilizes punches, kicks, knee strikes and elbow blows to secure the win.Mixed martial arts uses a combination of both grappling and striking techniques to achieve victory. In this experience, every session is conducted by an instructor with actual competition experience. Within 90 minutes, participants will learn the basics of each fighting style and practice hands on with each other. Expect a heart thumping workout every time. Highlights
